About the Role
As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading pawnbroker and one of the top jewellery and watch retailers. You’ll provide a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You don't need experience in pawnbroking; all training provided. We offer full training, ongoing support, and a clear career progression path.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
- Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
- Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
- Handle transactions accurately and securely.
- Use multilingual skills advantageously; additional languages appreciated.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Spanish or Romanian speaker preferred; not required.
