Job Details
- Salary: £13.52 per hour (London Weighting included), increasing to £14.21 after training. Potential discretionary bonus up to £2,000 annually, pro‑rated.
- Contract: 22.5 contracted hours per week.

- Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.
About the Role
As a Store Colleague at H&T you will be the face of the business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to customers. You will understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions and help them leave with the best outcome. No prior pawnbroking experience required – just genuine interest in people, integrity and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
- Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
- Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
- Handle transactions accurately and securely.
- Multilingual skills are a bonus but not required.
