About the Role
As a Store Colleague you’ll be the face of our business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome. You don’t need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
