Salary £13.52 per hour (includes London weighting). Chance to earn up to £2,000 discretionary bonus per year, pro‑rated. Contractual hours 30 per week. Part‑time. Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday required. Location: New Addington.

About the Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of the business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome. You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
  • Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation
