Salary: £13.52 per hour (London Weighting included), increasing to £14.21 after training. Potential discretionary bonus up to £2,000 annually, pro‑rated.
Contract: 22.5 contracted hours per week.
Location: South Wimbledon.
Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.
About the Role
As a Store Colleague at H&T you will be the face of the business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to customers. You will understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions and help them leave with the best outcome. No prior pawnbroking experience required – just genuine interest in people, integrity and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
