Deputy Store Manager – support the Store Manager in leading a motivated, well‑trained team to deliver exceptional customer service at H&T's Clapham High Street store. You will ensure the store runs smoothly, meets financial goals, and remains compliant with all regulatory and company standards, while fostering a positive, inclusive working environment.

Salary: £29,750.00 per annum (includes London Weighting). Hours: 37.5 per week. Opportunity to earn: up to £2,400 per year in discretionary performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and motivate colleagues to achieve store goals and deliver outstanding service.
