Salary: Starting rate £12.75 per hour, increasing to £13.44 after full training has been completed. The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are pro‑rated and based on performance against key KPIs.

Location: Boston

Job Type: Part‑time – 15 hours per week for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.

About the Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions and ensure they leave with the best possible outcome. You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities
