About The Role
As a Store Colleague at H&T, you'll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
