Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the wider regional team, sharing best practices and supporting overall business success.

What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for high standards and delivering exceptional experiences for both customers and colleagues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Remote Manager in a Financial Services or customer‑facing environment.
- Multilingual skills are a bonus – not required.
