Salary: £32,704 - £42,605 per annum (Includes London Weighting Allowance)

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

- No prior experience with pawnbroking required — comprehensive training programme provided to ensure you feel confident and supported in all aspects of the role.
- Coach, develop, and inspire your team to meet quarterly goals and deliver their best every day.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and flexibility, ensuring all colleagues are multi-skilled and customer-focused.
- Lead by example to deliver service excellence, ensuring every customer receives the right product or service for their needs.
- Set clear expectations and ensure full adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Drive performance, control costs, and identify growth opportunities to ensure consistent profitability.
- Collaborate with the wider regional team, sharing best practices and supporting overall business success.
- Plan and implement new initiatives effectively, ensuring smooth integration with minimal disruption to customers and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for high standards and delivering exceptional experiences for both customers and colleagues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Remote Manager in a Financial Services or customer-facing environment.
- Multilingual skills are a bonus — due to the diversity of our customer base, the ability to speak additional languages is highly valued, though not required.
