Salary: Starting rate £13.52 per hour, increasing to £14.21 once full training has been completed (includes London Weighting Allowance).

Location: Fore St.

Job Type: Part‑time – 15 contracted hours per week for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Flexibility: Full flexibility Monday to Sunday required.

Ideal Language: Romanian speaker desired – not a requirement.

Additional Earnings: Opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra per year in discretionary bonuses, pro‑rated and based on performance against key KPIs.

About The Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T you’ll be the face of our business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure they leave with the best possible outcome. No prior pawnbroking experience required – just a genuine interest in people, integrity, and a willingness to learn.
