We are looking for a Store Colleague to join H&T, the UK’s leading pawnbroker and one of the top 10 jewellery and watch retailers. The role is full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, with a starting hourly rate of £12.75 (£24,863 per annum) rising to £13.44 after full training. You will work on a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday, and have the opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses.

About the Role

As a Store Colleague you will be the face of our business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome. Full training and support are provided, so no prior pawnbroking experience is required – just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity and a willingness to learn.
