Starting Salary: £33,500.00 (Includes London Weighting Allowance)

Location: Bethnal Green Rd

Job Type: Full Time 37.5 Hours

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.

The opportunity to earn up to £4,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are pro-rated and based on performance against key KPIs.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and flexibility, ensuring all colleagues are multi-skilled and customer-focused.
  • Lead by example to deliver service excellence, ensuring every customer receives the right product or service for their needs.
  • Set clear expectations and ensure full adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Drive performance, control costs, and identify growth opportunities to ensure consistent profitability.
  • Collaborate with the wider regional team, sharing best practices and supporting overall business success.
  • Plan and implement new initiatives effectively, ensuring smooth integration with minimal disruption to customers and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or Remote Manager in a Financial Services or customer‑facing environment.
