Job Details

  • Salary: £12.31 per hour
  • Location: Bootle
  • Hours: 11 to 24 hours per week; Fortnightly rotating shift pattern.

Shift Pattern

  • Weekend shifts are a requirement of this role.
  • Week 1 – Monday: 3 pm – 7 pm
  • Week 1 – Wednesday: 3 pm – 7 pm
  • Week 1 – Friday: 3 pm – 7 pm
  • Week 1 – Saturday: 9 am – 6 pm
  • Week 2 – Tuesday: 3 pm – 7 pm
  • Week 2 – Thursday: 3 pm – 7 pm
  • Week 2 – Saturday: 9 am – 6 pm
  • Week 2 – Sunday: 10 am – 4 pm

About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist you’ll act as a key liaison between our company and our customers, providing accurate product and service information, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction is a positive one. You’ll be confident in troubleshooting, gathering feedback, and advocating for our customers when needed.
