Salary: £12.75 per hour (£24,863 per annum) starting, increasing to £13.44 per hour after full training. You can earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses based on performance against key KPIs.

About The Role
As a Store Colleague you will be the face of our business, welcoming every customer with a warm, friendly tone and providing expert support in pawnbroking, retail sales and financial products. You will understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions and ensure a positive outcome for every visit. We provide full training, ongoing support and a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. Experience in pawnbroking is not required; we just need a genuine interest in people, integrity, and a willingness to learn.
