Job Type: Full Time

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.

The opportunity to earn up to £4,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, pro‑rated and based on performance against key KPIs.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for achieving financial targets, developing your team, and creating a positive, inclusive store environment where colleagues feel motivated, well‑trained, and proud of their role.   • Collaborate with the wider regional team, sharing best practices and supporting overall business success.
  • Plan and implement new initiatives effectively, ensuring smooth integration with minimal disruption to customers and colleagues.
