About The Role
As a Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

- Set clear expectations and ensure full adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Drive performance, control costs, and identify growth opportunities to ensure consistent profitability.
- Collaborate with the wider regional team, sharing best practices and supporting overall business success.
- Plan and implement new initiatives effectively, ensuring smooth integration with minimal disruption to customers and colleagues.
- What We’re Looking For

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Remote Manager in a Financial Services or customer-facing environment.
