About us

Assured Hire is the Fixed Fee hiring service from HST Hiring, a specialist recruitment firm operating nationwide. We help firms hire without the uncertainty of traditional contingency recruitment fees — offering a fixed, transparent cost with service-level guarantees built in.

The opportunity

We're looking for well-connected, commercially minded individuals to introduce Assured Hire to firms who are hiring. No recruitment experience required — just credibility, a good network, and an ear for when a business is looking to grow its team.

At this stage, we're simply looking for warm introductions: you make the connection, we take it from there — running the client meeting, pricing, paperwork and delivery. You're paid commission once the client signs off.

What you'll do

  • Use your existing network and relationships to identify firms that are hiring
  • Make a warm introduction to our team
  • Get paid commission starting at £200 per successful introduction increasing dependent on the number of introductions and recurring fees to returning clients — there is no cap on how much you can earn

What we provide

  • A polished, ready-to-use client presentation and fee illustration materials
  • Full support running the client conversation, contracts and delivery — you just make the intro
  • A straightforward, transparent commission structure
  • The option to take on more of the process yourself over time, for a higher share of the fee

Who we're looking for

  • A strong network within a specific industry, sector or region
  • Comfortable having a simple business conversation
  • Reliable and responsive when registering a lead
  • Currently self-employed, consulting, or open to a flexible side opportunity

How to apply

Message Ian Partington or drop your details below and we'll get back to you with more information and a short overview of how it works.
