A typical day as an Area Sales Manager involves playing a key part in keeping things moving for our customers, suppliers, and The Pros around you. You’ll take ownership, solve problems properly, and work with people across the business to make things simpler, faster, and better. You’ll be trusted to get stuck in, make decisions, and see things through.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of regional and local customer accounts
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within your geographical area
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities across all HSS ProService divisions
  • Work closely with operational teams and branch networks to deliver excellent customer outcomes
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and support tender opportunities
  • Manage pricing, profitability, discounting, and debt considerations across your portfolio
  • Review account performance and identify opportunities for profitable growth
  • Use CRM systems and sales data to manage pipeline activity and customer engagement
