A typical day as a Operational Support Administrator involves playing a key part in keeping things moving for our customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You’ll take ownership, solve problems properly, and work with people across the business to make things simpler, faster, and better. You’ll be trusted to get stuck in, make decisions, and see things through.
This is a part-time role, working Wednesday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, fully onsite in our office in Trafford Park.
What you’ll be doing:
- Receive and fulfil paperwork orders from Trainers to facilitate course delivery
- Receive and fulfil paperwork orders from customers for a range of re-sale items
- Generating shipping labels
- Monitor and record stock levels for future courses
- Raise accurate purchase order numbers
- Keep team excel tracker up to date with relevant information
- Archiving and filing paperwork from completed courses
- Data entry through keeping records up to date
- Loading, preparing & lifting products as part of daily picking and packing responsibilities
What you’ll bring:

- Experience with multiple IT systems including Excel
- Willingness to complete full manual handling training in line with role
