As an
Account Manager , you’ll play a key part in keeping things moving for our customers, suppliers and The Pros around you.
You’ll take ownership, solve problems properly, and work with people across the business to make things simpler, faster and better.
You’ll be trusted to get stuck in, make decisions, and see things through.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll join our growing Infrastructure team, supporting some of the UK's largest construction projects including HS2, the Lower Thames Crossing and other nationally significant programmes.
Working alongside our Key Account Managers, you'll take ownership of key projects within major customer accounts, building strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional project delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue across every project.
- Manage a portfolio of live infrastructure projects across key customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with site managers, project teams, buyers and operational stakeholders
- Coordinate the supply of plant, equipment, consumables and services across live project environments
- Work alongside the Key Account Manager to maximise revenue across each customer account
- Identify opportunities to increase spend through additional products, services and project requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to understand customer needs and maintain strong relationships
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to ensure projects run smoothly
- Monitor project performance, service levels and customer satisfaction
- Resolve issues quickly, taking ownership through to completion
- Provide project updates, forecasts and commercial insight to the wider Infrastructure team

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
