A typical day as a HR Advisor

As an HR Advisor, you'll play a key part in keeping things moving for our customers, suppliers and The Pros around you.
You'll take ownership, solve problems properly, and work with people across the business to make things simpler, faster and better.
You'll be trusted to get stuck in, make decisions, and see things through.
- What you’ll be doing
- Supporting front-line managers with employee relations queries and casework, giving them clear, practical guidance they can act on
- Applying employment legislation and company policy with confidence, so advice is consistent and gets things right first time
- Building strong relationships with leaders, developing a real understanding of how each part of the business works
- Contributing to HR projects that support our wider people strategy
- Using data to spot trends and suggest improvements in how we engage and keep The Pros around
- Supporting consistency in how people processes work across multiple divisions
- Collaborating closely with other HR colleagues to deliver joined-up support across recruitment, learning and operations
