HSS Training is the UK’s leading provider of health, safety and technical training, offering over 400 industry recognised courses to help customers succeed safely. This role is based in Manchester, Trafford Park.

The Team You’ll Join

As a Training, QA & Compliance Administrator, you will be an integral part of the administration team, providing day-to-day support within training accreditation guidelines and offering quality assurance support within an academic environment. You will also support the administration of Accreditation Registration and Standards and assist the Training Development function.

A Typical Day

  • Provide day-to-day support within training accreditation guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Liaise with Quality and Development, Trainers and supporting their needs.
  • Coordinate with Training Centres, Hotels and Onsite Training Locations to support trainers.
  • Support QA activities, including sampling, trend analysis and feedback.
  • Assist with the administration of Accreditations and IQA/EVs/EQAs.
  • Support audits and other accreditation activities as necessary.
  • Log and report on complaints received.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong administrative experience and preferably knowledge of Health and Safety, Training and Training Accreditations.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and other programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong verbal, written and IT communication skills.
