Role Overview
We’re currently looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join our Customer Excellence team, where you’ll champion world‑class customer service by handling inbound sales enquiries—ensuring upsell and cross‑sell opportunities are maximised.
Typical Day
- Respond to all inbound enquiries promptly to convert them into orders, managing the process from email/web/chat/phone contact.
- Raise contracts and administer customer orders with meticulous detail to prevent queries, invoice issues and disputes at the forefront of the transaction.
- Collaborate with operations teams and re‑hire partners to ensure customers receive equipment when they need it.
- Effectively cross‑sell, upsell and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, introducing customers to new and innovative offerings across our divisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs such as revenue, profitability, call volumes and quality, talk time, and data enrichment.
What You’ll Bring

- Experience in inbound and outbound telesales or telemarketing, with a proven track record of building relationships and using a consultative approach.
