The impact you’ll have: Ownership of key customer accounts, ensuring timely, budget-conscious project delivery and high standards. Drive operational efficiency by working with supply chain, operations, and sales to optimize costs, performance, and revenue. A typical day: Manage key accounts to ensure excellent service. Ensure compliance with contractual procedures. Collaborate across teams to grow business opportunities. Conduct customer audits, coach colleagues, and promote continuous improvement. Monitor KPI performance and meet targets. Investigate customer incidents and ensure swift resolution. Innovate with suppliers and operations in line with contracts. Manage project mobilizations and de-mobilizations smoothly. Promote a safety-focused, customer-centric culture. What you’ll bring: Experience in Project and Key Account Management.
