Reporting into the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, the individual will work closely with a team of 7 AR Clerks and Cashiers to ensure the best internal and external service is given by the HSS FCCS function.

The main purpose of the role of the Payments Administrator is to ensure that the FSSC bank accounts are monitored, accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, and perform bank reconciliations:

  • Bank reconciliations across the Group company bank accounts
  • Company credit card bank reconciliations
  • Banking of cheques, administration of post and Standing Orders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable team or Shared Service function
  • Experienced Accounts Receivable Admin managing multi accounts and multi-disciplined functions
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS office applications is essential
