Overview
Paid Media Executive role to join our growing Ecommerce & Marketing team. If you\’ve got experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns and want to make a real impact, this could be the perfect next step.
Responsibilities
- Set up, create, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns in line with best practices and platform policies.
- Plan, run, and optimise paid media campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences; own campaign performance from setup to reporting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and brief creative partners on campaign collateral (landing pages, video, static ads).
- Work flexibly across both B2B and B2C campaigns and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider Ecommerce team to support growth initiatives.
- Monitor accounts daily, analyse results, and use insights and new platform features to evolve our paid media strategy.
- Take accountability for hitting agreed campaign KPIs and adapt quickly to platform updates and innovations.
What you\’ll bring
- 1+ years\’ experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
- A strong grasp of performance marketing and its role in driving business results.
- Understanding of paid media tracking and how to implement it.
- Ability to independently manage ad accounts and report to stakeholders.
- Strong copywriting skills for campaign messaging.
- Data-driven mindset with proven ability to analyse results and share insights.
- Essential platform experience: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Excel.
