Training Administrator (Training Plus) – Remote
At HSS ProService Marketplace, we’ve built a smarter way for businesses to get the tools, equipment, materials—and training—they need to get the job done. Our HSS Training team delivers over 400 industry-recognised courses, helping thousands of people work safely and with confidence every year.
We’re now looking for a detail-driven and organised Training Plus Scheduling Administrator to help keep our training schedules running smoothly. This is a fully remote role, perfect for someone who’s proactive, efficient, and motivated to deliver high-quality work.
The impact you’ll have:
As a Training Plus Scheduling Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in making sure our training schedules are up to date, accurate, and easy for customers to access. You’ll work closely with our partnered training providers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Keep training schedules updated in line with agreed deadlines
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve schedules
- Raise any concerns or suggested improvements with your line manager in team meetings or one-to-one catch-ups
- Support process improvements and contribute ideas to make scheduling more efficient
- Ensure compliance with office standards, safety, and security procedures
- Act as an ambassador for HSS Training, living our values every day: Safety First, Performance & Quality, Innovative Thinking, Customer Centric, and Empower & Collaborate
What you’ll bring
- Ability to work well in a team, but also confident working independently
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and reliability under deadlines
- Professional communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email, systems)
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on personal growth
- Confidence using digital tools and systems, with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) experience preferred
