The impact you'll have: As a Senior Finance Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making within HSS ProService, helping us achieve rapid and sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Director as well as the wider commercial and finance team providing insightful analysis, strategic guidance and support to enable effective decision-making and help achieve our business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of financial expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

A typical day:

• Finance business partner to the Supply Chain Director and Category Managers, building strong relationships built on trust and credibility.
• Standardise the investment appraisal process across supply chain to simplify decision making; ensuring initiatives are measurable, drive profitability, cost optimisation and accountability.
• Provide scenario modelling and financial impact analysis for supply chain projects and supplier negotiations.
• Support the business in understanding margin, working cross functionally to drive clarity, insight and recommendation.
• Support the control team to understand supplier statement reconciliations and supplier rebate accounting.
• Lead cyclical budgeting and forecasting for Supply Chain activities, working cross-functionally to support the multi-dimensional channels and verticals to create accurate and timely outputs.
• Deliver accurate and timely variance analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Report and monitor financial and non-financial metrics such as supplier margin rates, service levels, cost-to-serve, and operational efficiency.

What you'll bring:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), preferably with bachelor’s degree.
• Experience business partnering critical, within supply chain or procurement departments an advantage.
• Strong proficiency and accuracy in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially astute and future focused with a desire to grow with the business.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
