We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our exciting HSS: The Hire Service Company Sales Team, you’ll be based within our Livingston Location
We’re ideally looking for someone with a proven background in B2B sales or account management someone confident in exceeding targets, commercially focused, and driven by results. You’ll take a strategic approach to account growth, proactively developing existing relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities. A vital part is to explore areas we’ve not yet tapped into, identifying potential long term valuable relationships.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 5pm, Every Saturday 8am – 12pm
(Every 2 Saturday mornings worked, provides a full day off during the week)
As a Sales Manager
- You’ll engage customers daily with confidence, build trusted relationships, and offer tailored solutions that help their projects succeed.
- You will re-engage lapsed or low-spend accounts, through conversations, and uncovering new opportunities to grow revenue and negotiating offerings that benefit both the customer and the business.
- You’ll managing your sales pipeline, tracking your performance against key targets including outbound calls, account conversions, revenue growth, and customer retention.
- You will need to analyse your current sales data and market trends to adapt strategies and forecast growth opportunities. Stay up to date with competitors and the wider hire market to keep us ahead.
- You will take the lead in building strategic pipelines using a community business approach, balancing the development of new opportunities with the growth of existing accounts.
- You’ll stay sharp on product knowledge and market trends to introduce relevant tools and services to customers.
- You’ll collaborating closely with branch and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from sale to delivery.
