We’re now looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our growing Ecommerce & Marketing team. If you’ve got experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns, and you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact, this could be the perfect next step.
The impact you’ll have:
You’ll play a key role in planning, running, and optimising our paid media campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences. From setup to reporting, you’ll own campaign performance and use data-driven insights to evolve our approach, helping us hit ambitious growth targets.
A typical day:
- Set up, create, and optimise Meta & Google Ads campaigns in line with best practice and platform policies
- Monitor accounts daily, preparing weekly and monthly reports on performance
- Brief our creative partners on campaign collateral, including landing pages, video, and static ads
- Work flexibly across both B2B and B2C campaigns
- Take accountability for hitting agreed campaign KPIs
- Use insights and new platform features to evolve our paid media strategy
- Adapt quickly to platform updates and innovations
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider Ecommerce team to support growth initiatives
What you’ll bring:
- 1+ years’ experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts
- A strong grasp of performance marketing and its role in driving business results
- Understanding of paid media tracking and how to implement it
- Ability to independently manage ad accounts and report to stakeholders
- Strong copywriting skills for campaign messaging
- Data-driven mindset with proven ability to analyse results and share insights
