We have a fantastic opportunity as a Trainer to join our team of trainers and deliver accredited and bespoke training days in our HSS training venues. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced dynamic environment and is looking for both a challenge and a future career path to flourish in the training industry. We are recruiting across Scotland.
In this role you will be on the road, so a car will be provided as part of the package. The role will consist of managing training development, planning, mentoring, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training courses as well as bespoke and accredited course lines within the business.
What do you bring?
- Knowledge and training experience and expertise in Health and Safety with an understanding of training accreditation operational standards
- Ideally hold IPAF, PASMA, LA (preferable but optional), NEBOSH, AET and TAQA
- Strong verbal, written and IT communication skills
- Proven record of accomplishment in managing a team successfully
- Remote team management experience beneficial, but not essential
- Creative problem solving to support our diverse workforce across the region
