HSS Training are the UK’s leading provider of health, safety and technical training. We offer over 400 industry recognised training courses aimed at providing our customers with all the knowledge and skills they need to succeed safely.

As a Training, QA & Compliance Administrator, you will be an integral part of our administration team providing day to day support within training accreditation guidelines and offering quality assurance support within an academic environment. You will also support administration of Accreditation Registration and Standards as well as supporting the Training Development function.

A typical day includes:

  • Day to day support within the training accreditation guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Liaising with Quality and Development, Trainers and supporting their needs.
  • Liaising with Training Centres, Hotels and Onsite Training Locations in support of the trainers.
  • Support the QA activities including sampling, trend analysis, feedback.
  • Support the day-to-day administration of Accreditations and IQA/EVs/EQAs.
  • Support Audits and other accreditation activity where necessary.
  • Support in logging and reporting of complaints received.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong administrative experience and preferably knowledge with the delivery of Health and Safety, Training and Training Accreditations.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 modules (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) and other programmes such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong verbal, written and IT communication skills.
