This is a critical transformation role, responsible for delivering a complex ERP programme that underpins how our business operates, scales and makes decisions. You’ll own the full lifecycle, from planning and design through to delivery, adoption and optimisation — working closely with senior stakeholders, internal teams and external NetSuite partners.
A typical day:
- Project planning & delivery

- Define and manage scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies and deliverables
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, resourcing models and milestones
- Track progress, manage change and adapt plans to keep delivery on course
Stakeholder & partner management
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, NetSuite consultants and third-party vendors
- Drive clear, consistent communication across Finance, Operations, Commercial, IT and Leadership teams
- Manage expectations and maintain alignment to business priorities
ERP implementation & governance
- Oversee system configuration, integrations and data migration
- Ensure delivery aligns with NetSuite best practice and agreed design principles
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution and formal sign-off
- Ensure ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM and related areas) meet business needs
Risk, change & adoption
- Identify, manage and mitigate programme risks and issues
- Maintain risk and issue logs, escalating where appropriate
- Lead change management activity to support adoption and minimise disruption
- Support training plans and ensure teams are ready for go-live
Budget & reporting
- Own the project budget and manage spend against forecast
- Provide clear, regular progress updates to senior leaders and sponsors
- Maintain strong project governance and documentation standards
What you’ll bring:
- At least 5 years’ project management experience, including two ERP implementations (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of ERP systems across Finance, Supply Chain and CRM
- Proven experience working with external system integrators and consultants
- Excellent planning, risk management and delivery discipline
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies simultaneously
Desirable:
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
- Experience delivering ERP programmes in a marketplace, B2B or complex operational environment
What you’ll get back:
- Join a forward-thinking team that’s committed to transforming how businesses operate, using the latest technology and a bold vision.
- Your birthday each year as annual leave to spend how you want to!
- Healthcare Cashback Plan with money off on things like dentist, opticians including sports massage and wellbeing costs too
- Flexible and hybrid working – we appreciate you do your best work in different environments
- Head office free onsite gym
- Life assurance
- One day per year, you’ll have the option to contribute to local voluntary work, an opportunity to give back to your community
- Training and development opportunities to keep growing your skills
- Wellbeing and Healthcare support at work and at home
- A chance to be a part of a bold digital transformation
- Discounts and cashback on our perks site with a huge range of purchases including days out, restaurants, gym memberships, shopping and lots more.
- You will get the choice of other flexible benefits that work for you through our Benefits portal – you pick the benefits you want such as Critical Illness Cover, Cycle To Work, Holiday Buy Scheme and more
