We’re looking for an ESG Administrator who will be instrumental in maintaining and expanding our market-leading carbon reporting capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of ESG reporting, supporting diverse ESG initiatives across the organisation whilst helping to implement our ESG strategy.
A typical day:
- Maintain and update our existing product emissions database with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Gather and validate emissions data for new product verticals as we expand our business offering.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all emissions reporting processes.
- Stay informed of developments in ESG reporting frameworks and carbon accounting principles.
- Assist with Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions reporting in line with the GHG Protocol.
- Support preparation of various annual reports including but not limited to; SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board), GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and our ESG Impact Report.
- Support with annual CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), EcoVadis, and UNGC (UN Global Compact) submissions.
- Support in the preparation and data required for annual Social Value report and strategy.
- Assist in ad-hoc ESG related projects as per business requirements.
What you’ll bring:

- Track record of managing databases or large datasets with accuracy.
- Basic understanding of carbon accounting principles and GHG protocols.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, CDP, or similar).
- Awareness of current ESG trends and regulatory developments.
- Strong data management and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
