The team you’ll join:
At HSS ProService Marketplace, our Fulfilment team is at the heart of connecting customers with trusted supplier partners. As a key part of this dynamic group, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our products and processes, forming close relationships across our operations network to ensure customers receive what they need, on time and in budget.
The impact you’ll have:
You’ll be a crucial link between our customers and suppliers, ensuring a seamless service. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.
A typical day:
- Handling all customer requests within agreed SLAs and supporting any logistics queries
- Making recommendations to customers and supporting the ordering process
- Coordinating third-party carrier movements to ensure timely deliveries
- Prioritising preferred suppliers in line with contracts, aiming to maintain positive margins
- Negotiating with suppliers when needed to optimise contract costs
- Educating customers on our diverse divisions to enhance service value
- Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including job completion rates and margins
