We offer over 400 industry recognised training courses aimed at providing our customers with all the knowledge and skills they need to succeed safely. We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our growing team, taking ownership of a portfolio of customers and helping them achieve safer, more efficient ways of working through high-quality training and technical solutions.

Working closely with internal teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative training programmes while building long-term partnerships with clients across a range of industries.

A typical day:

  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted partner for their training and safety needs
  • Identifying opportunities by understanding client challenges, compliance requirements, and workforce development goals
  • Delivering tailored solutions – from standard courses to fully bespoke training programmes across multiple delivery methods
  • Growing your account base through proactive business development, cross-selling, and spotting new revenue opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to design, price and deliver high-quality training and technical solutions
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and develop long-term partnerships

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in account management, business development, or technical/solutions sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging decision-makers
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to spot growth opportunities within accounts
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and opportunities effectively
  • Curiosity and willingness to build knowledge in health & safety, technical training, and industry trends
  • A proactive, resilient approach with a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes
