The team you\’ll join

HSS Training are the UK’s leading provider of health, safety and technical training. We offer over 400 industry recognised training courses aimed at providing our customers with all the knowledge and skills they need to succeed safely.

As a Customer Experience Specialist with us, you\’ll be an integral part of a dedicated team that focuses on delivering outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include handling high volume calls in a timely manner, accurate communication when handling customers\’ details, all while providing outstanding customer service and exceeding our customers’ expectations.

A typical day

  • Ensure that all specific procedures are carried out in a timely manner so that all customer bookings and information are accurate.
  • Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional and business-like image to all customers, potential customers, and other people you meet in the course of your work.
  • Respond to all calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner.
  • Offer help and support to all internal and external customers, taking time to ensure all customers\\\’ needs are met and striving to exceed customer expectations through great service.
  • Strive to ensure customer satisfaction, comply with office standards and safety and security procedures.
  • Attend training courses when asked to help you develop in your role.
  • Treat internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times, ensuring clear lines of communication.
