QA & Compliance Administrator

We’re looking for a QA & Compliance Administrator to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering solutions, building client relationships, and enhancing workplace safety, this role is for you.
The impact you’ll have:
Support the QA & Compliance Department, Instructors, Internal Quality Assurance, Verifiers, and Accreditation Consultants. Knowledge of quality assurance functions within an academic environment, along with familiarity with HSS Training procedures and administration systems, is essential.
A typical day:
- Support training accreditation guidelines and operational procedures daily.
- Liaise with QA & Compliance Department, Auditors, and support their needs.
- Coordinate with Training Centres, Hotels, and Onsite Locations for trainer support.
- Assist with QA activities, including sampling, trend analysis, and feedback.
- Manage accreditation and IQA/EVs/EQAs administration.
- Participate in audits and accreditation activities as needed.
- Provide high-level administrative, organizational, and customer service support.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, external contacts, and accreditation bodies.
- Maintain a proactive approach for continuous improvement.
- Work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Be dependable, reliable, self-motivated, organized, and methodical.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a confident, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in administration, with knowledge of Health and Safety, Training, and Training Accreditations.
- Ability to meet standards set by Accreditation Bodies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong verbal, written, and IT communication skills.
