The impact you\’ll have:
You will be a hands on desk manager supporting your team as they champion world class customer service by dealing with inbound sales enquiries – making sure to upsell and cross-sell wherever possible.

A typical day:

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, ensuring smooth day to day running of the operation
• Make business improvements, maintaining lines of communication with customers
• Meet and exceed team targets and KPI’s such as revenue, profitability, call volumes and quality, talk time, data enrichment
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services and educate our customers on the full range offered within the Group and maximise all cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Conducting all HR activity relevant to the team including regular check ins and 1-2-1s with team members

What you\’ll bring:

• Previous experience within the hire industry
• Previous line management experience of a high performing customer focused team
• Excellent communication and telephone skills and ability to build relationships with customers and members of the team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
