The Role
- Coordinate & Schedule: Manage accredited training courses such as NPORS, EUSR, and CITB.
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for bookings and logistics.
- Compliance: Proactively manage client skills matrices to ensure their teams stay compliant.
- Administration: Issue joining instructions, process certifications, and handle essential paperwork.
- Resource Planning: Liaise with our trainers to allocate resources for client bookings.
