Job Description We are seeking a Global Service Associate (GSA) to act as the primary contact point between HSP Group’s network of Local Service Partners (‘LSPs’) and our clients. The Global Service Associate will coordinate the delivery of Business as Usual (‘BAU’) services. To be successful within this role, the Global Service Associate will need to develop a strong network and relationships with clients, LSPs, Global Service Directors (‘GSD’), Implementation and other members of the HSP Group team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Working with Implementation team on handover to BAU and ensuring that client is set up in BAU related systems Update and Maintain BAU related systems ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data. Systems include, but are not limited to, FreshDesk, Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and any other related software systems Create service tickets and sense check data provided by clients and/or LSPs Monitor calendars and ensure that clients and LSPs meet all deadlines Review Corporate Documents, filing with naming conventions Develop and maintain excellent relationships with LSPs Respond to client ad hoc queries, ensuring appropriate teams are involved in the event of either escalations or opportunities for service add-ons Monitor the status of assigned tasks and tickets, providing regular updates where required Adhere to SLAs in terms of responsiveness and quality where applicable Build and maintain region and/or service line specific knowledge base Provide excellent customer centric service Manage and give input on team processes and other business improvement initiatives Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: 3-4 years minimum experience in Legal Entity Management or CoSec in client facing service delivery or in similar roles/exposure Very strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in a second foreign language a plus Experience in flexible working/work from home Reliable home internet connection Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Experience with a CRM system (Microsoft 365, Salesforce) a plus Skills: Dependable, consistent performer with a positive attitude and an ability to listen and work collaboratively across an organization Self-motivated, detail oriented and driven with the ability to meet deadlines Ability to communicate effectively with senior personnel, both internal and client Ability to adapt to an evolving environment Works well with a team environment and is a proactive contributor to the overall success of the team Assertive but tactful and can manage multiple business relationships If you would like to be part of a fast-paced, client first environment; where we focus on solutions rather than challenges, come and join our #HSPGlobalSolutionTeam ! #J-18808-Ljbffr
