The Microsoft Power Apps Developer (Full Stack) designs and delivers enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, combining low-code capabilities with full-stack development and Azure services. The role focuses on building secure, scalable applications by extending Power Platform solutions with custom code, modern front-end technologies, and cloud-native integrations. It requires strong technical judgement, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to influence solution design and engineering standards across Power Platform and Azure-based solutions.
Responsibilities- Design and develop enterprise Power Platform solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Build and extend solutions using custom connectors, plugins, PCF controls, and Azure services
- Develop and maintain integrations with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems
- Apply full-stack development principles including clean architecture, performance optimisation, and security best practices
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and ALM processes for Power Platform
- Support solution governance, environment strategy, and application lifecycle management
- Strong experience working within Microsoft Power Platform projects in a Pro-code environment
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Previous engagements designing and developing Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate
- Able to create and manage data models using MS Dataverse
- Full Stack Development experience including .Net / C#, JavaScript / TypeScript, REST APIs
- Experience Extending Power Platform With Custom connectors, Power platform plugins, PCF controls
- Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Service Bus, etc.)
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, not just low-code configuration
- Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments
- React (Commercial Experience)
- Dynamics 365 Business applications exposure
- Power Platform governance, environment strategy, and security
- Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Automated testing for front-end and APIs
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, Dynamics 365)
This is a hybrid role and can be based either from our London, Glasgow or Manchester offices, as well as from home. There may be occasional planned travel, involving overnight stays near our offices and other UK locations for customer/internal meetings, events and training.
