HSO Group B.V. is seeking a Resource Coordinator to support efficient allocation of colleagues across customer projects and service lines. You will work with the Resource Manager, Project Directors, Project Managers and Team Heads to ensure the right skills and capacity are available when needed.
You will also collaborate with the recruitment team to provide visibility of current and future hiring requirements and help optimise resource planning and reporting across the business.
