About Us

Established in 2009, HSNF has grown into one of the UK’s fastest-growing beauty companies - a multi-brand beauty group with a portfolio of five market-leading personal care and beauty brands: Mylee, Pai Skincare, PraNaturals, Pipkin and Magnitone. We live and breathe beauty trends, from top to toe. Born out of our roots in professional salons, our professional-quality products have been loved by customers and used by professionals across the UK and Europe for over 15 years. Today, our brands sell through marketplace, DTC, and retail channels, with a range of #1 best-sellers across the nailcare and waxing categories. We never stop hunting for the next trend - or finding ways to make our products even better.

The Role

We are hiring an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to take full ownership of a 7-figure revenue brand portfolio on Amazon, across UK and EU marketplaces. You will manage a selection of brands from Pai Skincare, PraNaturals, Magnitone, and Pipkin - with the exact split finalised based on candidate strengths and team priorities. Amazon is HSNF's largest channel and we have ambitious plans to scale it further over the next 12 months. The Specialist role plays a critical part in unlocking that growth - this is a role with real commercial weight, ownership, and visibility across the business.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role. You will live in Seller Central, dive deep into ASIN-level performance, and translate insights into clear action - whether that is pricing changes, listing optimisation, deals planning, inventory replenishment, or troubleshooting operational issues. PPC execution sits with our dedicated Amazon PPC Manager, freeing you to focus on the wider commercial picture across your portfolio.

We want someone analytical, proactive, and commercially-minded - a self-starter who treats their brand portfolio like their own business. You will own the P&L for your brands, partner with finance and supply chain, and be accountable for revenue, profitability, and stock health day-to-day. This role reports directly to our Amazon Marketplace Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • 35% - Performance Management & Growth: Own the day-to-day performance of every ASIN across your brand portfolio. Dive into Seller Central data, diagnose issues, and turn insights into action - pricing, listing optimisation, deals, coupons, A+ content, and competitive positioning.
  • 25% - Inventory & Operations: Keep products in stock and minimise FBA storage and long-term storage fees, working with our dedicated Stock Manager who owns physical inventory inbounding. Step in to resolve account-side operational issues - cases, suppressed listings, account health flags - as they arise.
  • 15% - Financial Management & Reporting: Own the P&L for your brand portfolio. Produce weekly and monthly reports, work with finance to keep P&Ls accurate, and identify opportunities to optimise cost lines (TACOS, FBA fees, returns, refunds).
  • 10% - PPC Strategy & Oversight: Brief our dedicated Amazon PPC Manager on advertising strategy for your brand portfolio, set TACOS and ACOS targets, and hold them accountable to performance. You will not be running ads yourself, but you own the commercial outcome.
  • 15% - Launches & International Expansion: Partner with internal teams on go-to-market planning for new product launches and support expansion into international Amazon marketplaces.

You Will Likely Thrive Here If You

  • Are passionate about e-commerce and excited by the Amazon ecosystem
  • Are proactive and organised, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping the ball
  • Have 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (firm requirement - Vendor Central alone will not be considered)
  • Have a track record of growing P&Ls and product portfolios on Amazon
  • Are highly analytical - comfortable interpreting ASIN-level data and turning it into clear, actionable plans
  • Are fluent in commercial metrics - TACOS, ACOS, contribution margin, FBA storage and fulfilment costs
  • Understand how the levers work together: pricing, listings, advertising, inventory, deals, and reviews
  • Have strong Excel skills and are comfortable with data-driven tools and methodologies
  • Are comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality in day-to-day tasks
  • Have hands-on experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon analytics tools
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise across a large catalogue

Extra Credit For

  • Beauty, personal care, or wider FMCG experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related studies

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
  • 31 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with service up to 36 days.
  • Birthday Day Off
  • Hybrid working: 2 mandatory in-office days in Muswell Hill (Tuesday/Thursday) and 3 remote days.
  • Complimentary products and exclusive brand discounts.
  • Complimentary snacks and drinks in the office.
  • Access to weekly group PT sessions and a 24-hour Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Regular team socials and a collaborative office environment
  • Volunteer Days

For London office based employees: you must have the right to work in the UK to be considered.
