Job Title: Global Trade Marketing Manager
Location: London
Reports To: Head of Sales
Position Overview:
We are seeking a commercially minded and detail-oriented Global Trade Marketing Manager to drive the execution of our trade marketing strategy across the UK and international markets. This role is pivotal in translating brand plans into retail success β through trade campaigns, sales enablement, education, and customer engagement. It requires strong cross-functional collaboration and project management, as well as experience in coordinating training initiatives and executing impactful trade events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between Mylee Brand Marketing and UK retail channels, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Develop and execute compelling trade marketing presentations and support materials for retailer meetings.
- Lead the creation and distribution of in-store signage, claims messaging, point-of-sale assets, and retail toolkits.
- Manage and align promotional calendars across all channels (Retail, Marketplace, DTC).
- Provide portfolio recommendations tailored to international markets, working closely with Sales and Brand teams.
- Develop and manage localized trade decks and campaigns to support international expansion.
- Support product launches by coordinating the readiness of all trade-related assets and timelines.
- Design and implement training programs and educational materials for in-store sales teams across all key retail partners.
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring retail staff understand product benefits, brand story, and sales messaging.
- Produce tailored training toolkits such as product guides, videos, FAQs, and demo scripts.
- Track and evaluate the impact of training initiatives and refine based on retailer feedback and commercial performance.
Trade Events Coordination
- Plan and coordinate the brandβs presence at key trade events, expos, and retailer conferences.
- Manage event logistics, booth planning, materials development, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with Sales and Brand teams to ensure events drive commercial outcomes and build retailer engagement.

What you\'ll need:

- Based in or able to commute to our North London Office 2 days a week.

- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Compensation:
- Company pension plan
- Hybrid working - 2 days in the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays), 3 days from home (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
