Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Order Picker Location: Atherstone, Warwickshire Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent Salary: £13.10 per hour (first 12 weeks) and £14.56 per hour (after 12 weeks) HSL are currently recruiting for 10x Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers to join a busy and growing team for a well-established client based in Atherstone. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with permanent contracts available after 12 weeks for the right candidates! Shift Pattern: * Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM (average 7–8 hours per shift) * Rota: 4 on / 2 off (includes weekend working) Main Duties: * Voice order picking using LLOP in Ambient or Chill environments * Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch * General warehouse duties * Maintaining a clean and safe work environment What We Offer: * Temp-to-perm role with long-term opportunities * Annual pay increases * Full training provided * Excellent benefits package upon going permanent * Friendly, team-oriented work environment Ideal Candidate: This role would suit someone with experience in: * Warehouse or factory environments * Order picking or packing * Chill or ambient warehouse settings * LLOP or FLT use (beneficial but not essential) * Dispatch and pallet wrapping Apply now if you\’re reliable, motivated, and looking to grow your career in a well-supported warehouse environment.
