Job Description:
If you are looking for short term work - this position is not suitable for you. We are currently hiring Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for a fast-paced distribution centre in Atherstone. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, ideal for reliable and motivated individuals looking for stable, long-term warehouse work with excellent progression opportunities.
Successful candidates will be responsible for order picking, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse duties in both chill and ambient environments.
Shift Pattern:
- 6am, 2pm, 7pm and 9pm shift start times
- Average 7β8 hours per shift
- 5 on 3 off and 4 on 2 off rotas
- Full-time hours with consistent shift patterns
Key Responsibilities:
- Voice order picking using LLOP (Low Level Order Picker)
- Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading goods
- Working in chill and ambient environments
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Meeting daily targets in a team environment
Requirements:
- No previous experience required β full training provided
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Comfortable with manual handling and fast-paced work
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods
