HSL are recruiting for a Production Operative / Clean Room Operator to work for a company based in Coalville. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity.
Pay & Hours
- £12.21 per hour
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- 39 hours per week
Job Duties
- Trimming, buffing, and inspection (visual and dimensional)
- Assembly work
- Packing
- Occasional moulding of silicone components
- Working within a clean room environment

- 1 x full-time Assembly position
- 1 x full-time Trim/Inspector position
Working Conditions & Requirements
- Clean room environment
- Full protective workwear required (overalls, hood, and mask)
- Role involves standing for long periods
- Due to the clean room environment and the nature of the products handled, candidates must not smoke or vape
