Office Administrator – Coventry (CV5) £12.21 per hour | 35 hours per week | Free onsite parking | Early finish Fridays! We’re currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our client’s friendly and supportive team based in Coventry (CV5). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities: * Acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients * Managing inboxes and responding to customer queries efficiently * General administrative support including scanning, filing, and data entry * Organising meeting rooms and assisting with scheduling * Managing internal databases and records * Booking and reporting on training sessions What We’re Looking For: * Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook * Experience using SAGE or other financial systems (desirable) * A calm, professional, and organised approach * Ability to reliably commute to Coventry (CV5) Hours & Pay: * £12.21 per hour * 35 hours per week * Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm * Friday: 8:30am – 1:30pm (early finish!)
